MOVE IN DAY
Welcome To The Woodlands!
Move in day is Tuesday, August 12th this year! Please be sure you & your roommate(s) are prepared. Here’s a little information you need to know for/about the big day:
Please see your emails and make an appointment at admin@woodlandsmanagment.com for your preferred move-in time. You will receive a confirmation email of appointment date and time.
FORMS/FEES:
ALL forms, fees & deposits MUST be paid by EVERYONE on the lease in order for anyone to pick up keys on move in day. If you or any of your roommates have not completed their part of the leasing file, no one will receive keys.
RENT:
Rent is due August 1st even though your lease does not begin until August 12th.
All rent (from all tenants) must be paid before anyone can receive keys to the unit at move-in.
UTILITIES:
Power & water MUST be scheduled to begin no later than August 12th. Please have the proof of utilities set-up with you at your move-in appointment.
You may have internet & cable scheduled to begin whenever you like after you move into your new home.
On move-in day, please come to our office at 422 College Avenue, Suite 400, Clemson, SC 29631 at your scheduled move-in appointment time.
